- Chase A. Coustley, Co-CEO
February is done and dusted, so bring out your calendars for March!
Rather than looking back at the month that was, let's look forwards to what March may have in store for us.
Firstly, the first annual Stardom Awards airs on March 4th at 6PM AEDT! There we will commemorate our projects from the past two years and award the fan favourites, as voted by you! We can't wait to see you there.
Secondly, on the 11th, Galaxy Studios officially turns 6 years old! We can expect a redesign and celebration over here, as it is truly right to celebrate something as important.
And finally, many projects - including the undisclosed Ashtan Hase film, Max Bourke film, Stray 2, Space Lamp 2, and more - will continue production in anticipation of release. We have to apologies for the long wait of these projects, but we are putting lots of effort into these to make them as good as possible for you, our audience.

January is over, and do we have a lot in production!
Firstly, the Stardom Awards have officially closed and are being presented soon.
Secondly, filming has begun on many new projects like the new Ashtan Hase film, Stray 2, and more undisclosed projects.
Thirdly, a new series was released called "Autocomplete Interviews".
We know it has been slightly bland lately, but we are at a point where our top filmmakers have all reached a point of production, meaning releases will most likely be similarly timed and not so soon, but we promise that there are films underway.

2025 has just released, and boy will it be a crazy year!
First up, we've announced the STARDOM AWARDS, being our own award ceremony celebrating the best of Galaxy Studios of that respective year.
Secondly, many undisclosed projects are in the works and are a step-up from previous works (*cough cough* guy and guys 2 *cough cough*).
Ashtan Hase's film has finished writing, Stray 2 has finished writing... I think you can see what we're tryna say...
So look forward because there are certainly many things happening this month, so stick around!

2024 is wrapping up and let's reflect on our year so far;
The year kicked off like the previous, with a new Guy and Guys film, this time focused on the more meta scenario of a "threequel". The film was met with mostly positive feedback and joy over the cameos throughout. Along with a brand new film, this very website was released shortly.
In the same month, "Kizlatio in Australia" was announced and began production, in a passionate and productive manner.
In March, we officially acquired Kolbi Benson's 25K Studios for our website, which came with "Bad Cop" and "Time Loop" available for streaming. "Lucky Larry" soon followed.
Our first documentary was premiered in March; "How to Movies", a three-part series displaying the many aspects of filmmaking, hosted by Ashtan Hase. At this time, we also celebrated our fifth anniversary with a video and social media rebrand that lasted months.
We held a poll in April, asking which projects were fan-favourites in our community, and to little surprise, award-winning film "The Fields" won the ranking, with "The Red Ring" being a close runner-up. this was to give us insight into what the fans wanted to see.
In May, various crew members found themselves with casts on their forearms, in unrelated circumstances... Read More.
November is officially here and October has been quite a productive month.
Firstly, both Delirium and Man. premiered on the 25th of October and here at Galaxy Studios, we have acquired the rights to Malik's film and permission to distribute it on our site.
Secondly, alongside Delirium, "solar films" was established as an outlet for external films made by passionate filmmakers of no specific production studio.
Thirdly, the TV show "Kizlatio in Australia" has been paused in production due to a lack of productivity. Energy will be focused on both the sequels to "The Space Lamp Chronicles" and "The Stray".
The PLAY tab in the website has officially been created, where people can physically interact with our iconic films and characters.
And finally, "The Last Echo" was a great surprise from Hasefilme Pictures that included the first "F-bombs" in Galaxy Studios. We can't wait to see what more great films the minds of Hase and Theilemann cook up next.
Overall, it has been a fantastic month. Other announcements have been unveiled on the Instagram and Discord server, so join the server for future news!
Can't wait for November and what Battle of the Films has to offer!

October could not have came quicker -- let's look back on the month that was September.
Firstly, the Galaxy Studios team is participating in the Geelong Waterfront Film's Film Festival in the next few weeks, where the film will premiere at a local movie cinema and will be released on the website shortly after!
Also, Man. will be premiering on the 25th of this month. It will release here in November.
So while it may be quiet the next few months on the website, we can't wait to ramp things up and deliver some great material for you all.

September could not have came quicker -- let's look back on the month that was August.
Firstly and unfortunately, MAN. was postponed to the 21st of September because of the premiere facility flooding, ultimately delaying all projects.
Also, the first ever Galaxy Studios news article was released, featuring quotes from Chase A. Coustley and gaining traction from none other than Geelong Waterfront Film!
Lastly, many new projects are underway and we can't wait to announce them!

August has come swiftly and the past month has not disappointed!
The Red Ring and The Red Ring: Part II premiered on YouTube and here on Galaxy Studios and they did not disappoint! Some people had already seen the film on DVD, but The Red Ring: Part II was exceptional!
Evil Peanut Butter released this July, marking the 5th official 25K Studios special. It was an unexpectedly funny comedy and we can't wait to see more of Kolbi Benson's genius!
The first teaser trailer for The Space Lamp Chronicles: Chapter 2 has been released on the website and YouTube channel which confirms that it will come out in this spring!
Also, the first official trailer for MAN. has dropped and it contains 3 official release dates for the film!
Lastly, the first official poll of the Talent of the Month award has been a success! We will continue to post polls and results!
See you at the premiere of MAN!!!

See you at the premiere!!!

June is now officially here, let's take a look at what happened in May!
This month has been filled with behind-the-scenes content, such as pre-production and filming of various projects.
However, we have had to hold some projects for the moment, as some of our cast members have been injured.
Despite this, we will still try to deliver you new content in June!
- Chase A. Coustley, Co-CEO
May is now officially here and have we had a blast in April!
Firstly, "How to Movies" is well underway with 3 episodes currently released as of April, giving us an in-depth look of how the filmmaking process works! We also introduced pre-existing projects like "Bazzar" and "The Factory" on the website, hopefully being able to show off more things soon! The Stray 2 casting call is now officially shut, and boy have we had great applicants! Call backs for anyone who has auditioned with be sent to those in the next few days.
And while it may not look like a productive month, behind the scenes, we've been putting lots of work into upcoming projects and even started new projects (that shall remain nameless for now).
And lastly, the rankings for official Galaxy Studios projects has now shut. Results will be shared soon.
Overall, keep an eye out for upcoming things in the next few months!
- Chase A. Coustley, Co-CEO

March is now officially here and we have had an anticipating February!
The first season of 'Kizlatio in Australia' is now deep into production. Not much was released but it was productive nonetheless with updates of upcoming projects flowing out for Red Ring Part II, Kizlatio in Australia and Stray 2: Rise of the Orobas. Many other projects are bubbling away and yet to be revealed so keep an eye out for those!

February is now officially here and we have had an eventful January!
First of all, the third installment of the Guy and Guys franchise, Guy and Guys 3: The Last Guy was released! Also as exciting, things like Kizlatio in Australia, The Red Ring: Part II, and The Stray 2: The Rise of the Orobas were announced. things we created last year were truly incredible and unique. Guy and Guys 2 brought a surprising yet enjoyable crossover with the Bazzar series. Bazzar himself went on an adventure with a near 60% green screen film. A similar achievement was made with The Stray, which saw an almost full green screen film - amazing! Prime Time was a funny, nostalgic but questionable return to the All Kinds of Crazy universe. The Red Ring was a well expected hit with it's creative, but simple new storytelling devices. Sometimes a little less IS more!
All in all, what can I say? I'm super excited for the sequels of some of these productions and whatever else might be coming your way!
